Job Title: Lifeguard and Swimming Instructor

Location: Alive Oasis, Hunstanton

Contract: 1 Permanent Full Time Contract, 37 hours per week

Salary: Starting between £23,658 and £25,470 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled swimmer with an interest in the leisure field to join our Alive Oasis team. You will be responsible for lifeguarding our pool, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our customers, and assisting with daily operations such as reception duties and cleaning. Permanent employees will also teach swimming to all abilities, from non-swimmers to advanced, with full training provided.

Qualifications and Skills

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
• Swimming Teacher Qualification or ability to achieve one (a swim test will be required prior to interview)
• Good communication skills and ability to converse confidently in English to provide excellent customer service

Additional Information

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

All posts will work on a shift rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
