You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the gym environment. Key responsibilities include developing programmes for customers, utilizing technology to enhance the member experience, and ensuring high levels of customer care.

Job Description
Job Purpose

Provide effective lifeguard services in accordance with professional standards and policies. Assist in sport and leisure activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Administer First Aid as needed, report incidents per procedures.
  • Perform duties following health and safety regulations, COSHH, SOPs, and emergency plans.
  • Conduct cleaning duties as scheduled, using manual and mechanical equipment safely.
  • Set up and dismantle equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a customer-focused service.
  • Supervise children's activities and parties, adhering to child protection policies.
  • Promote equality and health & safety standards.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Progression to A2
  • Supervise pool activities, identify hazards, and respond appropriately.
  • Maintain National Pool Lifeguard qualification through training.
  • Additional duties as appropriate within the role's scope.
Qualifications

Must hold and maintain the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification as a condition of employment.
