Job summary

K:A Leisure in Largs is seeking a part-time gym instructor to provide fitness instruction, run gym inductions, and design customer programmes at Vikingar!.

You will help grow memberships, assist with bookings, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming facility while delivering excellent customer service. A Level 2 gym qualification is required, and you’ll work a two-week shift pattern including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 recognised gym qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide fitness instruction, gym inductions and create customer programmes
• Actively encourage potential subscribers to join and ensure the retention of existing subscribers
• Set up equipment in accordance with facility bookings
• Take responsibility for the general safety, preparation and cleaning of facilities whilst delivering excellent customer service

Rate of Pay: £13.52 per hour

Week 1 – Saturday 07:45 – 15:00 (7.25 hours); Sunday 07:45 – 15:00 (7.25 hours); Thursday (14:45 – 21:00 (6.25 hours)
Week 2 – Tuesday 15:00 – 21:15 (6.25 hours)Location: Vikingar!, Greenock Road, Largs, KA30 8QL
