What You Need:

• A strong focus on customer service
• Passion and personality
• Knowledge of health and safety
• Be a great team player
• Ideally, you'll have your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) with up-to-date training records. If not, NPLQ training can be provided, subject to passing a swim test.

What You’ll Do:

• Experience regular pool rotations
• Supervise and maintain the pool area
• Set up equipment
• Deal with customer queries
• Support your team by preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls for activities, and assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the centre
