Job summary

Developing Health and Independence (DHI) is recruiting a Recovery Worker to support clients in the South Glos area on drug and alcohol recovery programmes. You will deliver key working and evidence-based psychosocial groupwork and carry out needs and risk assessments.

A driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential. The role offers training, mentoring, a pension scheme, cycle scheme and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience applying problem solving and motivational skills.
• Ability to manage relationships, solve problems and be adaptable.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle for work travel.
