About the Role

Our team in Lambeth is recruiting a Recovery Worker to provide high-quality recovery care to a diverse service user group. If you are enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about making a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.

We are a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, operating over 80 services across England and Scotland, supporting more than 100,000 people annually. Find out more about us here.

About the role

Recovery Workers collaborate with service users to identify goals, create treatment plans, and support their recovery journey. You will manage an active caseload, deliver interventions, and work respectfully and with dignity with our clients. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £27,821.35 - £35,762.50 per year, including an Inner London Weighting of £4,000.

We seek a compassionate, motivated individual with experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or related fields, preferably with substance misuse experience. You should be highly organized, communicative, and team-oriented, with a passion for helping others and a positive approach to service delivery.
