Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of adult service users, including OST Opiate Substitute Treatment, alcohol, non-opiate, and combined cases, ensuring person-centred care is at the heart of all interactions.
• Co-produce and review recovery and treatment plans that support and guide individuals through their recovery journey.
• Facilitate and promote progression from initial engagement through structured treatment to self-sustained recovery.
• Deliver expert knowledge, interventions, and support on substance misuse, including setting personalised recovery goals and harm minimisation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with GPs, social care professionals, family members, and significant others to secure the best possible outcome for service users.
• Work towards reducing drug and alcohol-related harm and supporting individuals through detoxes both in community and inpatient settings.
