A leading charity in recovery services is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker in Rotherham. You will support clients facing drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, helping them to achieve their recovery goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in health or social care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery.
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

We're looking for demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those with substance misuse issues. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of a team to ensure a high quality service is maintained. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.This is an evolving part of our service that is truly making a difference and if you believe you have the passion to be a part of our team, please get in touch or submit your application below.
