NIHCSS is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing. We support people over the age of 18 who have severe, complex and enduring mental health needs.
We are looking for two Mental Health Recovery Workers to join our amazing, dedicated teams in Norwich covering community clients in South Norfolk and Central Norwich at our supported living accommodation sites in NR2.
You will support people who are going through a difficult time, drawing on your unique knowledge and experience to connect with others, by helping them discover their strengths and developing skills that will lead to wellness. This is only possible with the help of people like you!
You must be able to drive and have a vehicle that you are willing to use for work purposes.
Business insurance will be required along with a commitment to cover shifts including sleep ins which are paid at an additional £55 per shift.
Fixed term until 31st December 2025.
