Recovery Worker - Driver with Use of a Vehicle

Salary: £24,570 per annum + excellent benefits
We are seeking a caring, flexible, and creative Recovery Worker who thrives under pressure and can connect with people at all levels. Recovery can look different for everyone. With the right support at the right time, we believe recovery is possible for all. As a Recovery Worker, you will help and inspire service users to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community. You will work with them to develop personal support plans to achieve their goals, whether developing domestic and finance management skills or accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities. There are ample opportunities for you to shine in this role.
No relevant experience is required as full training will be provided. Candidates with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience are welcomed. Your caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm are more important. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, willing to participate in a weekly rota system, and available for on-call duties.
