Job Title: Recovery Worker – Drug and Alcohol
Rate: £20 per hour
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 17:00

An exciting job role has recently become available at Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. They are looking for Recovery Workers for their Drug and Alcohol team.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will manage referrals into the service, completing triage assessments and providing appropriate harm reduction advice. You will also develop plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months.
  • Have some experience of working in a health, social care or related setting.
