You will manage your own caseload, working as part of our team and alongside other social care services to identify how we can help. You will develop plans with your clients to help them regain control of their lives. We approach each case professionally and without judgement, focusing on support. You will carry out assessments and maintain accurate records, which are part of our commitment to our clients and commissioners.
