Our team in Bournemouth is recruiting for a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker to provide high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group.
Criminal Justice Recovery Workers deliver interventions for individuals involved with the criminal justice system. The team collaborates with probation and prison services, working both in the office and various locations across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. The role involves working with clients to identify their goals, create tailored treatment plans, and support their recovery journey. You will manage an active caseload, building respectful and dignified relationships with clients.

We seek a compassionate, motivated individual with excellent relationship-building skills. Experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or related fields, especially with substance misuse issues, is preferred but not essential. We will provide training and support to help you develop in the role. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team. A driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
This is a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with some evening work as needed. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
