Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are recruiting Recovery Workers for a Criminal Justice/Substance Misuse charity in the Reading area. You will manage a caseload of up to 45 clients with CJ backgrounds, carrying out duties and assessments and coordinating with prison releases, court orders and police.

The position starts as a 3-month full-time contract (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) with potential extension. Belmont offers DBS/training, a single consultant contact, 24h support and referral benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with a Criminal Justice caseload.
• Experience in substance misuse settings is beneficial.
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 clients.

Job description

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for Recovery Workers who have experience of working with a Criminal Justice caseload in the Reading area.

The role that we currently have available is working within a CJ/Substance misuse charity, in the Reading area. The position will include a caseload of no more than 45 clients, whom of which have Criminal Justice backgrounds.

You will be required to carry out duty tasks and assessments, also working with prison releases, court orders, police etc.

Initially the role is up to 3 month working full time - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but is expected to extend past this initial period..

We also have other various Substance Misuse/Criminal Justice roles in the area.
