A community support organization is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker in Falmouth. You will support clients in achieving their recovery goals and manage caseloads while providing quality care. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.

As a Recovery Worker, you will support clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. You will be required to support the Falmouth area and work occasional Saturdays.
