Recovery Worker
We are seeking a caring, flexible, and creative Recovery Worker to join Waythrough's Cumbria Safe Haven Service. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, can connect with people at all levels, and is passionate about helping others achieve independence.
The Cumbria Safe Haven is a mental health service based in West Cumbria, providing support to individuals aged 18 and over through one-to-one appointments and group drop-in sessions. The support focuses on interventions, mental health management, wellbeing, and signposting to relevant services.
Relevant experience and knowledge of mental health are preferred, but a caring, compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm are equally important. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The role requires a valid driver's license and the flexibility to work day shifts, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
