Job description

Service Care Solutions are supporting a non-profit provider and are currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner.

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in the field, highly driven, and capable of identifying positivity within service users and developing their potential.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner:
  1. Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
  2. Supporting individuals from point of entry
  3. Providing screening, assessment, and recovery plans
  4. Delivering one-to-one interventions
Minimum requirements for a Recovery Practitioner:
  1. Experience working within the substance misuse field
  2. Awareness of health issues related to substance misuse
  3. Experience with key working and care planning
Pay rate:
  • £16.59 PAYE per hour - exclusive of holiday pay
  • £18.59 PAYE per hour - inclusive of holiday pay
  • £21 umbrella rate per hour
