As a Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in delivering psychosocial interventions and treatment programmes, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and partner agencies to provide effective, joined-up care.

What we are looking for

  • A compassionate, non-judgemental and person-centred approach to supporting individuals.

  • A genuine interest in helping people affected by drug and alcohol use.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive and professional relationships.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by drug and alcohol use. You will be part of a collaborative service focused on recovery, improved wellbeing and positive outcomes for individuals.
