Spire Wellesley in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Recovery Theatre Practitioner. You will join a 3-theatre unit and work 37.5 hours per week on a rota, across multispecialties with opportunities to develop skills in scrub, anaesthetics or recovery.

The role requires NMC/HCPC registration and at least 1 year of recovery experience, plus strong communication and compassionate patient care. Spire offers a supportive environment and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Be NMC/HCPC registered with unobstructed pin
• Minimum of 1 year recovery experience
• Compassionate with excellent patient care
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Registerd Nurse or ODP with recovery experience across multispecialties
• Role covers multi-specialties and offers development opportunities
• Multi-skilled across scrub, anaesthetics and/or recovery
• Rotational, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week
• Work in a busy three-theatre unit with laminar flow and endoscopy
