Role Summary
Team Leader for Theatre Recovery covering maternity leave. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to join the Recovery department (post-anaesthesia care unit) as a Team Leader. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards of patient care within a multidisciplinary team are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills in managing staff, students, and patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Working hours: The post involves a commitment to work days, weekends, bank holidays, and on-call shifts, where applicable.
