About the Role

This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working directly with individuals to:

  • Develop, monitor, and review personalised support plans
  • Advocate for clients and support engagement with statutory and community services
  • Offer both practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs
  • Support safeguarding procedures and promote wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with policies

You’ll also attend meetings, contribute to team development, and help ensure every person we support is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference
  • Able to build trust and maintain professional boundaries
  • Skilled in communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving
  • Open to learning and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Familiar with safeguarding and lone working practices (training provided if not)

Experience in supported housing, social care, or similar environments is desirable but not essential. We value the right mindset and a genuine commitment to helping others above all else.

Salary
