Abbey Lodge provides 11 high-quality, self-contained apartments and offers 24-hour specialist mental health support, helping people on their recovery journey to live independently within their own home.

At Abbey Lodge, we support people living with a range of mental health needs, promoting rehabilitation, recovery, increased responsibility, social inclusion, and long-term wellbeing.

Shift Pattern

Hours: Full-time - (days, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends)

We also offer sessional/bank hours, providing flexibility.

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.

Rotational shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

Location:

Primarily at Abbey Lodge, with potential opportunities across nearby Lifeways schemes

• Possess strong communication and IT skills
• Are willing to learn and grow professionally
• May have prior experience in care (not essential - full training provided)
