Job summary

Target Housing is seeking experienced Recovery Workers to join our Bank pool in Sheffield. You will support service users with mental health and complex needs, delivering 1:1 and group activities, and coordinating with the Service Manager and Recovery Team Leader.

The role requires empathetic, organised professionals with strong communication skills, knowledge of PIE and TIP, and the ability to maintain accurate records and build relationships with partner agencies to promote tenancy sustainment

Qualifications

• Qualified in mental health, learning disabilities, health and social care, or equivalent.
• Experience with multiple complex needs and tenancy support.
• Experience building professional relationships with service users and networks.
• Knowledge of PIE (Psychologically Informed Environments) and TIP (Trauma Informed Practice).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group activities in homes and community.
• Manage caseload of service users with mental health and learning disabilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies for joined-up support.
• Keep records on the case management system.
