Job summary

Waythrough in Chester is seeking a Recovery Worker to support adults 18+ in maintaining independence and building confidence within the community. This 37-hour-per-week, permanent role offers person-centred support and a rewarding chance to make a real difference.

You will work as part of a committed team, develop personalised recovery plans, help with daily living tasks and access to education, employment and leisure activities.

• Experience in social care or mental health environments preferred.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with adults 18+.

Salary: £25,877.80 - £30,868 per annum

Tower House is a mental health supported housing and community-based service working to a recovery-focused model. We support adults (18+) with mental health needs and dual diagnosis needs, providing supported accommodation and personalised recovery support.

About the Role

As a Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to maintain independence, build confidence and thrive within their community.
