Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker to help individuals maintain independence and thrive within their community. This role is based at our Chester site and involves person-centred support, daily living skills, and recovery planning, with a rota and on-call requirement.

You'll join a committed team delivering compassionate care, with a starting salary in the £25k–£31k band and progression within the band. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a supportive work environment.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,877.80 - £30,868 per annum

Tower House is a mental health supported housing and community-based service working to a recovery-focused model. We support adults (18+) with mental health needs and dual diagnosis needs, providing supported accommodation and personalised recovery support.

About the Role

As a Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to maintain independence, build confidence and thrive within their community.
