Bath & North East Somerset Council and Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (AWP) are seeking an experienced and motivated Recovery Senior Practitioner to join our well-established integrated Mental Health Recovery Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered practitioner to provide professional and clinical leadership within a dynamic, multidisciplinary service that is committed to recovery-focused, strengths-based and person-centred practice.
Working collaboratively across health and social care, you will support the delivery of excellent services for adults with complex mental health needs, while promoting quality assurance, professional standards and continuous improvement across the service. The post holder will work closely with the Team Manager, health senior practitioners and service lead to provide oversight of specialist treatment pathways and to support best practice across the Mental Health Recovery Team.
