Job Title: Recovery Practitioner

Service Care Solutions is supporting a non-profit provider in recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner. In this role, you will support individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, be highly motivated, and capable of recognizing positivity in service users while fostering their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users.
2. Support individuals from Point of Entry.
3. Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans.
4. Deliver One-to-One interventions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience working within the Substance Misuse field.
2. Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse.
3. Experience in Key Working and Care Planning.
