Service Care Solutions is supporting a non-profit provider in recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, be highly driven, and possess the ability to identify positivity within service users and develop their potential.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner:

1. Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
2. Support individuals from Point of Entry
3. Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
4. Deliver One-to-One interventions

Minimum requirements for a Recovery Practitioner:

1. Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
2. Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
3. Experience in Key Working and Care Planning

Pay rates:

• £16.59 PAYE Per hour - Exclusive of holiday pay
• £18.59 PAYE Per hour - Inclusive of holiday pay
• £21 Umbrella rate per hour
