Recovery Practitioner

Service Care Solutions are supporting a non-profit provider and they are currently recruiting for aRecovery Practitioner. As aRecovery Practitioner you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. The Ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positivity within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.

Key role and responsibilities for aRecovery Practitioner:
  1. Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
  2. Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
  3. Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
  4. Deliver One to One interventions
Minimum requirements for aRecovery Practitioner:
  1. Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
  2. Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse
  3. Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
