Service Care Solutions are supporting a non-profit provider and are currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner.

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the field, highly driven, and capable of identifying positivity within service users and developing their potential.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner:
  • Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
  • Support individuals from Point of Entry
  • Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
  • Deliver One-to-One interventions
Minimum requirements for a Recovery Practitioner:
  • Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
  • Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
  • Experience in Key Working and Care Planning
Pay rate:
  • £16.59 PAYE per hour - exclusive of holiday pay
  • £18.59 PAYE per hour - inclusive of holiday pay
  • £21 Umbrella rate per hour
