A non-profit provider in Birmingham is seeking a Recovery Practitioner to support individuals suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. Service Care Solutions is supporting a non-profit provider and is currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the field, highly motivated, and capable of identifying positivity in service users to help develop their potential.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner:
  1. Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
  2. Support individuals from Point of Entry
  3. Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
  4. Deliver One-to-One interventions
Minimum requirements for a Recovery Practitioner:
  1. Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
  2. Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
  3. Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
Pay rate:

£16.59 PAYE per hour - exclusive of holiday pay
£18.59 PAYE per hour - inclusive of holiday pay
£21 Umbrella rate per hour
