Job summary

Sulis Hospital Bath invites applications for a part-time Registered Nurse in Recovery on a 12-month fixed term contract. Based in Bath, this role supports our recovery team with a focus on orthopedic patients and other surgeries as needed.

You will plan, assess, implement and evaluate patient care following agreed pathways, respond to changes in condition, and adapt care plans to maintain clinical excellence. DBS clearance and NMC registration are required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of CPD in nursing practice.
• NMC registration and current UK practice.
• DBS clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Recovery environment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, implement and evaluate patient care following agreed care pathways.
• Respond to changes in condition and adapt care plans accordingly.
• Provide high level care within the Recovery department, predominately orthopedic.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain clinical excellence and safety.
