VerseOne Group is recruiting for an ODP or Registered Nurse (Recovery) at Basildon Hospital. You will join our integrated Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care Team, delivering compassionate post-operative care across two sites.

In Recovery you’ll support patients through the immediate post-op period, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help drive safety, learning and service improvement within a busy perioperative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Knowledge of clinical information management is desirable.
• NHS/right to work in the UK requires registration.

Responsabilités

• Provide full range of clinical duties within Recovery as trained.
• Ensure patients receive high standard of care and participate in continuous improvement.
• Lead and coordinate care in a clinical area as required.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient management.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations including NICE guidance.
