Social Interest Group (SIG) in Luton is seeking a Relief Bank - Housing and Resettlement Worker to support residents with complex needs across Biscot House and affiliated sites. Qualifications

• IT proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• Experience with people with complex backgrounds, including in the criminal justice field, mental health, and/or substance misuse.
• Understanding of housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs.
• Able to influence and negotiate positive outcomes with others.
