You

• We are seeking candidates who always strive to provide excellent customer service in sometimes challenging environments, going 'above and beyond' to offer solutions that truly meet our customers' needs.
• You should enjoy working with customers and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude, along with tolerance, sympathy, and understanding when necessary.
• A minimum of three years' driving experience is required.
• A technical background is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• All candidates will be subject to CRB checks.

The Role

• The role involves vehicle recovery following breakdowns or accidents, primarily within a 100 km radius, with occasional longer recoveries across the UK.
• Our comprehensive induction training will cover all aspects of the role and provide an industry-recognized basic accreditation.
• We attend breakdowns in all weather conditions, so you need to be prepared to work outdoors and in difficult conditions to recover our customers.

The shift pattern for this role could be either 4 days on/2 days off or Monday to Friday with alternate weekends.
