Job summary

ABL 1 Touch is seeking an experienced Recovery Driver to safely deliver and collect customer vehicles. You will mark damage visibly, document with photos, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately for assignment to estimators.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, DQC, and C1E/CE categories, with Digi Driver Card. You will work within a supportive, growth-oriented team environment and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 and have a full UK driving licence.
• Driver Qualification Card (DQC) required.
• C1E or CE licence categories.
• Digi Driver Card.
• Experience in vehicle recovery is preferable.
• Team player with initiative and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery/collection of customers' vehicles.
• Mark damage on vehicles with chalk pen and take images.
• Complete Job Pack paperwork neatly and obtain signatures.
• Ensure Vehicle Condition Report is complete with images for estimators.
• Adhere to Driver Tachograph rules and roadside procedures.
• Manage courtesy cars to standard and report defects to Transport Manager.
• Follow proper process for customer complaints.
• Move vehicles in/out of the workshop as needed.
