Recovery Co-ordinator

Working hours: 37 hours, Monday-Friday with one late night per week.

Location: Unity Building, Bradford, BD1 3DN

New Vision Bradford, launched on 1 April, is a partnership delivering adult substance misuse services for the Bradford District. We support individuals to develop life skills and rebuild their lives, fostering community contribution.

About the role:

We seek a full-time Recovery Coordinator to support service users through their treatment and recovery journey, acting as a care coordinator for an assigned caseload. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing cases involving substance use issues, and supporting structured treatment plans.

Key Duties:

  • Manage a caseload involving alcohol and drug issues.
  • Devise, implement, and review recovery and treatment plans.
  • Support individuals from engagement to self-sustained recovery.
  • Reduce substance-related harm.
  • Collaborate with partners to optimize health outcomes.
  • Support evening clinics.

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with substance misuse or complex needs.
  • Experience managing a caseload.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative.
