It delivers an adult substance misuse service for the Bradford District, providing a safe environment for people to develop life skills and confidence, ultimately enabling them to rebuild their lives and become active, contributing members of the community.
We are seeking a full-time Recovery Coordinator on a permanent basis, based at Unity. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting service users from entry through their treatment and recovery journey. The role involves managing a caseload, developing recovery plans, facilitating progression, and working collaboratively with partners.
