We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.

We have nearly 200 services across England and employ almost 3,500 staff and volunteers. Annually, our services support approximately 125,000 people.

As we integrate our systems and processes following the merger, some roles may still be branded under 'Humankind'. Our recruitment systems are also in the process of full integration.

Who are we

Waythrough was launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our mission is to remove barriers to support, tackling poverty and disadvantage through mental health, substance misuse, housing, and related services.

We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by around 3,500 staff and volunteers, helping approximately 125,000 people annually.

Integrating two large organisations takes time, which is why some branding remains under 'Humankind' and recruitment systems are still separate.

Thank you for your patience. For more opportunities, visit the Waythrough jobs on the Richmond Fellowship and Aquarius sites: https://recoveryfocus.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/Recovery_Focus_Careers.
