Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mental Health or Psychology degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery support as part of North Wiltshire Intensive Team.
• Assist assessment and home treatment as an alternative to hospital admission.
• Support relapse prevention and short-term therapeutic work.
• Facilitate discharge planning from hospital when appropriate.
