Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mental Health or Psychology degree with relevant experience.
• Enthusiastic, able to work with people and families in distress due to mental health crisis.
• Capable of working under pressure and within a non-exclusion policy context.

Responsibilities

• Join North Wiltshire Intensive Team as Recovery Coordinator.
• Provide assessment and home treatment as an alternative to hospital admission.
• Assist with relapse prevention and short-term therapy work.
• Facilitate discharge from hospital where appropriate.
• Be available for shift patterns 08:30–22:00, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
