Service Care Solutions is supporting a reputable non-profit provider currently recruiting for a Recovery Coordinator.

As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, be highly driven, and possess the ability to identify positivity within service users and develop their potential.

Key roles and responsibilities for a Recovery Coordinator:

• Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users.
• Support individuals from Point of Entry.
• Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans.
• Deliver One-to-One interventions.

Minimum requirements for a Recovery Coordinator:

• Experience working within the Substance Misuse field.
• Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse.
• Experience in Key Working and Care Planning.
