Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Co-ordinator to join their North Cumbria RSC Team. This rewarding role involves managing a caseload, facilitating recoveries, and collaboratively ensuring the best outcomes for individuals facing substance-related challenges. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care and be passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community.
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from getting the support they need to live a life they value. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support.
We have nearly 200 services across England and employ around 3,500 staff and volunteers. Annually, our services support approximately 125,000 people.
Integrating two large organizations is a significant task, and it will take time to fully unify our systems, processes, and approaches. Therefore, some job branding still reflects ‘Humankind,’ and our recruitment systems are currently separate, though this will change next year.
