Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting a compassionate Recovery Coordinator for our specialist substance misuse service. You will support individuals toward sustainable recovery through person-centred care planning, risk management and partnership working.

You will manage caseloads from assessment to discharge, deliver recovery plans, and coordinate interventions with multi-disciplinary teams to improve lives and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in substance misuse, mental health, homelessness, criminal justice or related settings.
• Ability to manage a caseload and deliver person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from assessment through recovery and discharge.
• Complete assessments and develop personalised recovery plans.
• Deliver ongoing key working sessions and reviews.
• Coordinate tailored interventions and signpost to specialist services.
• Maintain accurate electronic case records and comply with safeguarding and GDPR.
