A leading insurance firm seeks a Recoveries Litigation Handler to manage a portfolio of litigated cases. The role emphasizes persuasive communication, autonomy in decision-making, and expertise in Civil Procedure Rules. Location: Remote working with occasional travel to Sevenoaks and/or Liverpool
Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: Starting at£32,000 plus a potential bonus of up to £2,000 per annum (paid quarterly)
We are seeking a talented Recoveries Litigation Handler to join our growing team – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome focused environment.
In this role you’ll manage a portfolio of litigated cases, using your persuasive communication skills to influence outcomes and collaborate effectively with Panel Solicitors to achieve strong recovery outcomes.
