A leading company is seeking a Recoveries Lead to optimize recovery processes for various insurance claims. You will drive efficiency, cultivate client relationships, and ensure compliance with KPIs. The ideal candidate has experience in debt recovery, negotiation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
In the role of Recoveries Lead you will take charge optimising the recovery process for a diverse portfolio of insurance claims, including gadget, household, and property lines. In this role, you’ll drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness while delivering exceptional service to our clients, customers, and stakeholders. When:Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a 1 hour lunch, 37.5 hours per week
Salary:£25,000pa - £27,000pa DOE
What you will be doing:
Identifying potential recoveries and effectively evaluating the claim circumstances and the economics of progressing the recovery.
