Job summary

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAML) is recruiting for a Part 145 Records Supervisor to join the Heavy Maintenance Training department at Prestwick. The role focuses on maintaining training plans and records, overseeing the records system, and monitoring due dates to ensure compliance within the engineering department.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with AMOS and E-learning support, and conduct regular meetings with the Base Maintenance Training Records team to drive process

Responsibilities

• Maintain annual training plans and records across all PAML facilities; including training, qualification, and competency assessments.
• Oversee the approved records system and renewal expiries to ensure compliance across engineering.
• Monitor weekly expiry reports and liaise with Records Coordinators for maintenance of records.
• Conduct regular meetings with the Base Maintenance Training Records team and other stakeholders.
• Perform all other duties as required by the Training Manager/Training Lead.
