Role Purpose:

The Records Technician is responsible for capturing, compiling, and submitting discipline-type LTQR deliverables for the assigned Area, in line with the scope of works, as per Area LTQR Co-ordinators & Discipline Records Leads guidance & instructions.

Accountabilities:

Ensure site-based LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures.

Key Deliverables:
  • Compile, review, and submit scope LTQR deliverables, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End-to-End configuration control.
  • Prepare data reports on document status for LTQR Manager as required.
  • Assist with the production of LTQR handover packs.
  • Assist Area LTQR Co-ordinators to ensure appropriate LTQRs are submitted for work packages as required by contract.
  • Review LTQRs for accuracy and content adequacy to support the compilation of lifetime records for End of Erection Status Reports.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
  • Competency-Based Interview.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records.
  • Discipline-specific qualification preferred.
  • Major Project Experience.
  • Nuclear Experience beneficial.
  • Experience working in Alliance agreement projects.
