Records CAD Technician

GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Records CAD Technician who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.

As The Records CAD Technician Your Key Responsibilities Are:

1. To produce detailed drawings for issue to Contractors, Developers, Auditors, and internal staff using the company GIS and CAD software.
2. To process and interpret drawings received from Contractors, Developers and Engineers to ensure up to date and accurate drawing records.
3. To work efficiently to ensure you are meeting company service level agreements.
4. To maintain a high level of quality.
5. Ensure drawings meet company regulations and industry standards.

About You:

1. Minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
3. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), numeracy and IT skills.
4. Good attention to detail.
5. Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes or equivalent.
