Your new role
In your new role, you will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within a busy finance function. You will lead balance sheet reviews, be involved in change management and process improvement, as well as project work to support business strategy and overall growth. You will provide support on the audit, as well as have management responsibilities and review the work of several Assistant Accountants.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; however, candidates qualified by experience will also be considered. You must be an excellent communicator, and confident in your approach to working with internal stakeholders and effectively managing these relationships. You will be excellent at balance sheet maintenance and be ambitious, with the desire to drive change in the business and develop your career and skill set.
